Why do I have to log in and give my information?

The information we learn from our clients helps us personalize and continually improve your shopping experience on the web. We use the information that you provide exclusively for the purpose of responding to your requests and communicating with you. Your email address is used by us exclusively to send you proofs, order acknowledgements and invoices. It is also used to communicate new products, services and special offers that are available to you. Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others.


What if I don't see what I am looking for?

Mal-Ad's professional funeral image website is showing only the most popular items because we didn't want it to overwhelm anyone. We provide over 400,000 items. Everything from vinyl banners, awards, mints and apparel to your checks and envelopes. Just call us at 800-317-9983 or email info@mal-ad.com with your request. We want to be the company you call first. 

How long will it take for me to get the items I ordered?

On items with stock imprint orders will be shipped within 3 working days as long as there is inventory. On custom items, there are a couple of factors in this equation. You need to consider the time it takes to produce your item and the shipping method you selected.

Example:

Production time + Shipping time = Delivery time

You order an engraved plaque with a production time of "10 business days" and choose ground shipping. Ground shipments take 3 to 5 business days to arrive. So you have the 10 production days plus the 3 to 5 days for shipment you have a total delivery time of 13 to 15 business days.

We can normally produce and ship your item within the quoted time. When there is a problem with producing an item within the quoted time, we will notify you.

When you order several different items, they may arrive in separate shipments.
Please note that each line item should arrive within its total delivery time. Choosing multiple line items should neither speed up nor slow down your order.

Production time is based on receiving your order with valid method of payment and design information. The production time begins when we receive your art approval form. All times reflect business days

What do I do about a rush order?

In a hurry? Many items can be manufactured in three working days and then be on their way to you. Please contact us at 1-800-317-9983 or info@mal-ad.com. We will be more than happy to work with you to find a solution. By working with our manufacturers, we will try to speed a product through that will meet your requirements. In many cases, additional charges are associated with rush orders and they will be quoted separately.

How will my order arrive to me?

Orders are shipped FOB from their point of manufacture. Most of the time we will ship UPS. For items that are too large or too heavy, we will send them via trucking line and you will be notified.

We are able to deliver to most locations in the United States. However, due to UPS and carrier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

What amount do I have to order to customize an item?

Minimum quantity requirements vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. In cases where a manufacturer's minimum order requirement exceeds your requested quantity, a pfimage.com Specialist will assist you. Short production runs can be arranged (at a higher cost per unit) and our team is happy to provide a special quote or other recommendations to get you the right product. Can I make changes to my order?

We will make every effort, upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional charge or cancellation fees will be applied. In the case of changes, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.

If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. All of these charges will be a direct pass through from the manufacturer to you. In the case of changes, the setup fees may be different depending on your requirements.

If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the original amount quoted for all orders cancelled at this stage.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by VISA, MasterCard or American Express.  An authorized Purchase Order and pre-payment by check or money order can also be accepted. If any of these options are not available to you, please call and we will make other arrangements. All prices on the site are quoted in US dollars.
